Elections:

• Nomination Meeting,
• Development of all forms (if required)

All mail outs are done in accordance with the Indian Act Election Regulations, First Nation Elections Act Regulations or the requirements of the First Nations Custom Election Code

Referendums:

• Land Code Referendums
• Specific Claim Referendums
• Indian Act Referendums

All Referendums are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the type of Referendum being conducted and in consultation with the First Nations Solicitor.

Custom Election Codes:

• Set up process for developing a First Nations Custom Election Code based on the Communities requirements.
• After Development of the Code, conduct a community Referendum to approve the Custom Election Code.
